Information
WHAT
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
The prices shown below include all gas and electricity
and colour TV's. There are NO EXTRAS. Value Added Tax included at
17.5%; should there be any variation in the rate we reserve the
right to make the necessary adjustment. The caravan is fully equipped
for the number in the description. You need bring towels and linen
only. Bed linen can be hired at £10.00 per bed. Please indicate
on booking form number of double and single sets required
SPECIAL
OFFERS
Only one offer applies for each holiday booked unless
otherwise stated. NO EXTRA CHARGE for Holiday Insurance for caravan
holiday home bookings made 35 days or more before arrival date.
HOW
TO BOOK
If possible make a provisional booking by e-mail or
telephone first and then confirm by post on the booking form with
the deposit (full payment if within 28 days of the start of your
stay). If we have not received written confirmation within five
working days we will presume you no longer require the booking to
be kept.
HOW
TO PAY
Payment can be made either through your MasterCard,
Visa, Switch or Delta account or by returning the booking
form together with a deposit of one quarter of the total
hire charge. The balance of the hire charge is due 28 days before
the commencement of your holiday. Cheques should be made payable
to "Broad Haven Holiday Park Ltd".
WHEN
CAN I ARRIVE OR LEAVE?
Reservations may be made from Saturday to Saturday.
Friday to Friday or Thursday to Thursday. Other days subject to
availability. Caravans are available from 3.30 pm on the day of
arrival and we request that they are vacated in a clean and tidy
condition by 10.00 am on the day of departure. If you expect to
arrive after 5.00 pm please advise us. The accommodation shall be
used only by the persons listed on the booking form.
DOGS
must be registered when booking. Dogs MUST NOT be
left in caravans UNATTENDED. No more than two dogs per caravan.
They must be kept on a lead at all times on the park.
Holiday
Cancellation and emergency expenses insurance
We have arranged special Insurance for all clients
booking caravan holiday homes with us. The premium (£10 a week,
includes insurance Premium Tax) is included in the cost of your
holiday if the booking is made 35 days or more before the arrival
date. If you are booking with less than 35 days to the arrival date
you should add the premium to your deposit if you require this insurance.
The following is a summary of the cover (applicable to all members
of your party notified to us). Full details will be shown on your
policy document. Cancellations may be made by telephone but must
be confirmed in writing to Broad Haven Holiday Park. Insurers will
reimburse your irrecoverable travel or accommodation charges if
you or a member of your party are unable to take your holiday as
arranged due to a cause outside your control (occurring after payment
of the premium).
Policy
excess: Claims for Cancellation or Curtailment of the
holiday will be subject to a £35 excesss per 'party' , with deposit
claims, only subject to a £10 excess. Unless a pre-existing medical
condition has resulted in the excess being increased to £75.
NOTE:
Cover is provided in respect of pre-existing medical conditions
for which the insured person has received treatment/consultation
during the preceding 12 months subject to the higher cancellation
excess.
UK
HELPLINE - EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE: if you, or a member
of your party are taken ill or injured whilst away we also include
an Emergency Service and cover in respect of expenses incurred as
in table.

Important:
Cover does not apply where, at the time of booking,
- You are aware of any set of circumstances which could reasonably
give rise to a claim; or
- Any person whose condition gives rise to a claim
(i) is receiving, or on a waiting list for treatment
in a hospital or nursing home; or
(ii) is expected to give birth within 14 weeks
of the date of arriving home; or
(iii) is travelling against medical advice or
for the purpose of medical treatment; or
(iv) has been given a terminal prognosis.
(v) Is suffering, or has suffered from any diagnosed
psychiatric disorder, anxiety or depression.
