Park Charges 2005
PITCH FEE
The Pitch Fee on Broad Haven Holiday Park for 2005 is £1800.00
including VAT at 17.5%.
How much will the pitch fee increase next year?
For our customers we try and keep increases as low as possible, generally the increase is slightly more than inflation.
RATES
Local Authority Tax £165.77 for 2004
How much is the Local Authority Tax (Rates likely to increase
next year?)
This will increase by 10% plus inflation for the next three
or four years.
UTLITIES
In addition to the above water, electric and gas are supplied through
meters.
On AVERAGE the charges, for a full year i.e. spread over three
meter readings is £180 inc. VAT at the prevailing rate where
applicable.
THIS UTILITY CHARGE IS A GUIDE ONLY AND DEPENDS ON
THE AMOUNT OF GAS, WATER AND ELECTRIC YOU USE.
Electric is charged at 8.5p per unit including VAT at 5%.
Gas (propane) is charged at £1.70 per cubic meter plus VAT at 5%.
The combined Water & Sewerage charge is £2.05 per unit.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Standing Order over 10 months starting in
January each year, or by cheque half in January and half
in April.
The utilities are charged for three times a year after your meters
are read in June, September and January.
Local Authority Tax is billed in April each year.
For example – for 2005 you would make 10 payments of £160.00 starting in January 2004, one payment of Local Authority Rates in May and three payments for utilities one in June, one in September & one in January.
PRICE CHANGES
The pitch fee is usually set in the autumn each year for the following
season. Prices for gas, electric, water are in the hands of the
suppliers.
We are notified of the rates charges in April annually. Where applicable
VAT is charge at the prevailing rate.
